Description

This is an Engraving of Reverend Rowland Hill by William Derby. He was a prearcher, evangelical and pastor of Surrey Chapel, a free chapel. He supported the London Missionary Society and the British and Foreign Bible Society (Which believed about making the bible accessible to all). He was also a keen advocate of the Smallpox Vaccine, when many others did not believe in it.
