Sir Francis Holburne British School Watercolour on ivory, about 1810 M90 Sir Francis Holburne, 4th Baronet of Menstrie (1752-1820) was the father of William and Frank. His father Admiral Francis Holburne (1704-1771) was perhaps the most successful and distinguished member of the family.
