Obverse - Diademed head of Antiochus IX facring right with long curly sideburn
Reverse - Athena standing left, holding Nike facing left and offering wreath. Left hand resting on shield and spear behind her. The Inscription reads BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ANTIOXOY ΦIΛOΠATOPOΣ (King Antiochus the Philopator)
