Lysimachus (361/2– 282/1 BC) was an ancient Macedonian officer and a successor of Alexander the Great. After pronouncing himself king in 306 BC, he ruled over Thrace, Asia Minor and Macedonia. This is a copy of an ancient bust in the Museum of Antiquities, Naples.
