Last Will and Testament of Sarah Huxley, 1765. Sister in Law of Admiral HolburneThis is the last Will and Testament of Sarah Huxley, of the Parish of Cranford, Middlesex, widow made this 2nd Day of May in the year of our lord 1765; I leave the Place of my Burial and Direction of my Funeral to the Discretion of my Execr here after named - and as to my Estate and Effects of what nature kind or Quality whatsoever the same be, I give and bequeath the same, and all my right and Intrest therin unto my two nieces Jean Holburne and Catherine Holburne the two daughters of Admiral Francis Holburne, Equally to be divided between them share and share alike, and in case of death of Either of them before they attain the age of twenty one, then all to go to the surviving Sister and in case of the death of both before they attain the age of twenty one, then and in that case to go to their brother Francis Holburne, son of the said Adm Francis Holburne, and I do hereby appoint the said Francis Holburne their father sole Exr of this my Will in trust nevertheless for his said Daughters and Son aforsaid in Witness whereof I the said Sarah Huxley Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament sett my Hand and affixed my Seal the day and year first Above mentioned Sarah HuxleySealed with red seal.On the reverse: This is not to be opened but in case of any Accident toSarah Huxley
