This print depicts Richard Warner. He was an English Clergyman and writer of topographical books. He was a minister at All Saints Church in Bath in 1794. He published books about Bath and its antiquities, Wales (Whilst on a walking holiday), Scottish Borders, Western Counties, Hampshire and many other places.
