Description
Candlestick, one of a pair with 1972.31.Round base; central column surrounded by four strips of metal which leave the shaft at right angles near the top to rejoin it with a frieze of stylised decoration. Plain nozzle, drip pan slightly wavy.Designer; Reginald Silver ( 1879-1965 ) Silver: Light and Shade Exhibition Catalogue says these are were designed by Archibald Knox in 1899 - 1900 and produced in 1906 and then sold through Tiffanys
